Led by Shirin Namavar, an urban designer, a cultural researcher, and an architect licensed internationally, BuiltUpon brings a global perspective and local care to each project. Shirin has spent her career navigating the spaces where architecture meets urbanism, where craft meets interior design, and where planning meets storytelling — shaped through design practice, research, teaching, and travel.

She founded BuiltUpon after recognizing a gap in the market: many high-end developments and luxury brands exist, but few that weave cultural memory, design elegance, and place-making into one cohesive experience.
