Led by Shirin Namavar, an internationally licensed architect, urban designer, and cultural researcher, BuiltUpon brings a global perspective and local care to each project. Shirin has spent her career navigating the spaces where architecture meets urbanism, where craft meets interior design, and where planning meets storytelling.

She founded BuiltUpon after recognizing a gap in the market: many high-end developments and luxury brands exist, but few that weave cultural memory, design elegance, and place-making into one cohesive experience.

Now based in Texas, BuiltUpon focuses on elegant, incremental development; projects that connect people, respect place, and craft lasting value.
